Real Life Fitness Losing your strength? Having a harder time tying your shoes? Starting to wonder if your balance is declining? If you answered yes -- this is the class you want to attend. We will lift weights, perform balance drills and stretch!!
 
Kickbox Circuit Kickboxing circuit features punching/Kicking combos mixed with athletic-training moves & strength training. Performing moves in a circuit helps you burn more calories, fights boredom and gives you a total-body workout
Yoga Fusion This class will provide the flexibility challenges and breathing work of Yoga while also offering over all toning, muscle-building fat burning moves
Equipment Demo Class New to the club or just want to learn how to use our downstairs equipment this is the class for you
Fit in 30 Get energized during this 30 min. full body workout
Zumba Interval training where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest and you've got Zumba

Pilates / Yoga
Pilates is a systematic arrangement of floor exercises that lengthen and strengthen muscles to create a trim and toned look while promoting long slender muscles, a strong back, a flat abdomen, and firm lifted buttocks. Pilates exercises are designed to restore posture, enhance athletic performance, improve balance and coordination and heighten mind-body awareness. Pilates programs are led by certified instructors trained in Intensive Mat Pilates.
Yoga postures are also incorporated into our class format, fusing the traditional exercises with the artistry of yoga postures and the core strength of Mat Pilates to create a perfect combination of strength, power, flexibility, and increased mental focus.

We also invite you to tour the club weekdays between the hours of 10:30 am and 6:30 PM and Saturday between 8:00 am and 12:00pm.
